If you’re like me and have been using old Aputure lighting like the Aputure Lightstorm 120d, Aputure Lightstorm 120dii, Aputure Lightstorm 300d, Aputure Lightstorm 120t, Aputure Amaran HR 627w, Aputure Amaran HR 672s, Aputure Amaran HR 672c, the new Aputure Sidus Link Bridge will upgrade your old lights to the new Bluetooth Mesh system.
This was probably the easiest “smart” device I’ve ever had to setup. Turn it on, download the app, register if you’re a first time user, and you should be on your way to lighting your scene as the app automatically recognizes the Sidus Link Bridge, and any other Bluetooth Mesh devices nearby.
Within the app you can create an endless amount of preset scenes, and even program lights to trigger in a sequence. Effect controls are so much easier in the app than having to set them up through the controller box.
For less than $100, you can upgrade your old Aputure Lights.
